چکیده

Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is a primary vasculitis associated antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies, characterized by necrotizing predominant involvement of small vessels various localizations and granulomatous inflammation multiple clinical manifestations. GPA remains one the most severe systemic unfavorable prognosis. When analyzing course disease, there are two variants GPA, local (with lesions upper respiratory tract, URT, organs vision hearing) generalized hearing in combination lungs and/or kidneys, gastrointestinal nervous systems, skin involvement).The article discusses differential diagnosis disease nasal cavity paranasal sinuses onset, which requires an interdisciplinary approach interaction doctors different specialties.
